Special order shoes are accepted for exchange only within one week of purchase. A $3 restocking fee is charged when I do not size the child in person for shoes (not applicable for out of town orders or when I incorrectly size the child). Sale shoes are final sale. Please keep in mind I special order the shoes in for your child. I am able to keep my prices lower for my customers by not fully stocking all shoes in all sizes & special orders are not returnable to my vendor. Thank you for your purchases & your understanding.
